Twin-cam gear design:
Prismaplus utilises a patented Twin-Cam, composite gear design that is self-centring and mechanically locking to ensure a flat face after each location, maximum reliability and reduced wear.

Direct drive system with patented safety clutch:
Prismaplus features a direct motor-to-drive system with a patented SAFETY CLUTCH to limit torque in the event of an overload. If a jam occurs, the clutch will release, disconnecting the sign's drive from the motor to help ensure that no damage is incurred.

Lubrification :
The Prismaplus drive system is lubricated in production with silicone grease that is effective within an extremely wide temperature range of -70°C to + 160°C ( -94°F to + 320°F ).

Providing a long-lasting barrier against dust and humidity, the silicone lubrication (US Military spec. MIL-G46886 and NATO-G-394 DIN 51502 :KS 12R-70) minimizes friction, abrasion and wear, which translates into extended equipment life.

Electronic controller:
Prismaplus comes standard with the Basic Option Plus (BOP) electronic controller.

Utilising the BOP, you may adjust your sign's pause time, skip faces (AB) and integrate optional control devises such as wind sensors, among other versatile functions.

Solid and split versions of prisms:

Solid
For long-term advertising, perfect also when all sides are to be decorated at the same time.

Each prism is removable from the sign to be decorated, or graphics can be applied directly onto the sign.

 

Split
For intermediate to short-term advertising, or when the three sides are to be decorated at different times.

Each face of the prism is removable to be decorated. It is easy to fit blades from a catwalk, no need for direct access to the top of the sign.

 

Vinyl and paper posting methods:

Paper : Prismaposting Paper

No-Glue Paper
A patented method for paper poster campaigns on Trivision, without glue. Standard paper posters are cut into strips, rolled and easily transported. Thanks to a feeder tool, the strips slide up the face of each louver and are protected from the elements by a transparent, UV stabilised outer prism that totally eliminates peeling. Dramatically reduce time and labour while increasing safety .

Vinyl : Prismaposting Vinyl

Slide-Up Vinyl
Method for non-adhesive vinyl on three message signs. Rigid PVC vinyl is printed and cut into strips. Each strip slides up the prism face and is held securely its entire height by the sides. Whether a new sign or retrofitting an existing sign, our "slide-up vinyl" system saves time, reduces costs and increases safety!
